Description
The incumbent will be responsible for managing company's whole research and development activities including making experimental plans, setting procedures, and assigning work projects. This person is also required to oversee, trouble-shoot, compile, and as well as establish and maintain creative thoughts and projects according to the development and requirement of the company.
Educational requirements
¡¤ Ph.D. in molecular or cellular biology, pharmaceutics or new drug development, drug screening or related area; two years or more working experience is required
